New York Daily News – Eighties teen idol Corey Haim died Wednesday morning of an apparent drug overdose, according to Los Angeles police. Police sources said Haim’s mother was with him at his Oakwood apartment and called 911 after finding him unresponsive, according to TMZ.com. The sources said Haim’s death appeared to be accidental. He was pronounced dead at Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Burbank. The Canadian-born actor starred the 1987 vampire flick “The Lost Boys,” but was probably best known for his roles with fellow actor Corey Feldman.
Well here we go again. Another round of celebrity deaths. We have the unfortunate demise of two 80′s icons within the last month. Boner kicked it off during the olympics and now we have, as I call him, Corey #2 kicking the bucket in classic child star fashion with an “accidental” drug overdose. Well tinsel town you better stay locked up and away from booze and prescription drugs for the next month because we all know how this works. Celebrities die in groups of 3. Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibler) - Now nobody has heard from Andrea since ’95 probably because unlike most child celebrities she knows how to have a drug addiction in private. They aren’t sending paparazzi to real crack dens. But it can’t be good for the ol’ self esteem when Danny Tanner himself can’t kick you out of the house fast enough.
Sasha Mitchell (Cody Lambert) - Duuuude, ch-yeah, ya dead. Sorry bro you have too much baby mama drama not to have a target on your back. How are you gonna take your four kids from your crackhead wife. You know drug addicts have kids for the government checks and you just take that away. Good luck keeping those cash cows to yourself.
