With the NFL Draft upon us on Thursday the buzz on twitter is gaining more and more steam. So before you tune in to primetime on Thursday go to twitter first to see if you can get a glimpse of what your team may do in the draft.

@NFL - Obviously the first stop on your research binge should be the league itself. They will keep you up on official news league wide not only on mock drafts and prospects but also story lines leading up to and inevitably effecting the draft.

@MelKiperESPN - The question is would Mel Kiper exist if there was no NFL Draft.

Twitter has become a very cool forum for scavenger hunts and contests which can cause jealousy amongst the non-twitter population. Some twitter accounts have been created for the purpose of trying to give away things, some contests come from

celebrities and some come straight from a business itself. If you want to get down on the free grab bags then here is who you need to follow:

@contests – This is a pretty straight

forward twitter account that specializes in giveaways. Recently they have been focusing  on everything iPad. So if you are interested in as many opportunities as possible to win the new Apple feminine hygiene product then they are a must follow.

@THE_REAL_SHAQ – Shaq was on of the first celebrities that made himself so accessible via twitter. He was never afraid to tell you exactly where he was and if you found him he always had a meal on the house or a pair of tickets to a Suns game. Since he has been traded I have not noticed if he has continued to be the generous big man he was in Phoenix but he is still good for a yo mama joke every once in awhile.

@TonyHawk – The most well known professional skateboarder has taken the twitter scavenger hunt to the next level. If you can catch him on a day where he decides to run a hunt you want to be vigilant as to whether or not he has sent someone to your town. He sets up packages of goodies ranging from t-shirts to electric guitars and hides them all over the country. Just find the box with the #THTH on the side and send a twitpic to Tony that easy and you get a box of free stuff. Follow him closely because he could run a scavenger hunt at anytime.

@JetBlue – Jet Blue is celebrating its 10th birthday this year and is hooking everyone of its loyal customers i the process. The one thing everyone can get in on is the fact that they are selling flights for as low as $29.99 one way. But if you are fortunate enough to follow them on twitter and live in a city they fly to they have been showing up and giving away free round trip flights to any of their locations with no black out dates. They usually go to three stops in the city and all you have to do is bring them a B-Day card or wear blue or something like that and they hand you a voucher. They have already been to New York and Boston but they it seems as if they are planning their next destination so keep your eyes peeled.

I added the “fucking” part. If you follow the trending topics on twitter at all you have probably noticed that this kid has been on there for like 45 straight weeks. I always see the name on there and I have no idea who the fuck this kid is. Am I really that out of touch with the youth and music today? I guess I’m still living in the days when I went to Ireland and heard Chumbawamba and brought it back to the states like three weeks before that song blew up. I thought I was at the forefront of the industry, but I guess we are living in a new age. Anyway I digress it looks like the Biebs just released a new album, My World 2.0, and it is blowing up the hashtags right now. I mean no one is even as worried that it is free cone day at Ben & Jerry’s. But I guess this is like crack to the teeny boppers where ice cream is more like cocaine to them. So to BPS nation let me know if you are on the @justinbieber train. Because I’m not nor do I think I care to be. Oh and I think he stole all his music from @azizansari anyway. The words just sound so sweet coming out of his mouth.

The simple minds at BPS don’t usually enjoy long drawn out jokes that can often accompany many stand up comedians. We are a one-liner, 140 characters or less group of people. The only problem not alot of people can be funny in that short amount of time. There are however a select few in the twitter universe that are usually pretty good about getting a chuckle or two out of YF. Here are my recommendations for accounts to follow for a good laugh.

@DougBenson - The comedian is always good for a good observation or starting a solid hashtag or two. Alot of his twitter account is dedicated to promoting his shows but him having a bunch of shows means he is a good comedian. Recommended follow if can relate strongly to smoking shitloads of weed.

@RainnWilson - The man behind the character of Dwight from the office is alot like Doug Benson in that he usually has some pretty funny observations but instead of promoting comedy shows he sometimes gets a little political. But what would expect from Dwight besides constant updates on Beat reform.

@KFUCKINGP – This is not a real person but instead is based on the character Kenny Powers from the HBO series “Eastbound and Down.” The account is every bit as vulgar as the character from the show and it is amazing. He doesn’t tweet often but when he does its gold.

@GaryJBusey - This is fake, real person. This is what I would like to think Gary Busey is like in real life. It seems like every tweet this fake Gary Busey delivers is gold. Definitley makes for a good break between the exercise updates, lunch menues, and general twitter boringness.

So it’s been almost a week that this blog has been reintroduced to the world and there has been no Jersey Shore articles.  I know it is currently the Jersey Shore offseason and the cast members are getting ready for the Columbine  Combine (Sorry I was informed that the NFL holds a Combine and not a Columbine thats just a school shooting, too soon?) but we still need our Jersey Shore fix.  So in the spirit of combining two great things, Titty Twitter Tuesday and Jersey Shore, we bring you Titty Twitter Tuesday: Jersey Shore Edition.

Since Bulletproof Sombreros was last active Twitter has developed to the forefront of social networking. A website keeps everyone updated on the miniscule events of everyones lives 140 characters at time…blah blah blah. While we all know what twitter is not many people know or understand how to truly utilize it. Titty Twitter Tuesday will give everyone ideas of who is really burning up the tweets and who makes twitter really entertaining.

Today’s TTT will get things rolling with my top 3 most entertaining tweepls (you better get the lingo down).

1. @shhdontellsteve – This is the twitter account Jim from the office would create to let the world know about Dwight. This account was created by a guy to monitor the rediculousness that is his roomates life. From the moronic things he says to the follies of his love life, you will find yourself intrigued by what steve is going to do next and constantly updating yourself to make sure you didn’t miss any of the gold that Steve doesn’t even realize he is producing

2. @shitmydadsays – This is an example of how the power of twitter can actually be flipped into a career opportunity. While most people use twitter to give people an insight into the deliciousness of their huevos rancheros some can find the aspects of their lives that are actually interesting to the people around them. Justin has used his greatest inspiration, his dad, to a new project developing a TV show based on his twitter account. The curt words of wisdom that come from his dad make for a very entertaining and educational experience.

3. @YukonFox, @LoisaidaSam, @MorrisBlue, and @RealTylerSidell – Well you obviously have to follow the members of Bulletproof Sombreros.
